Packaging

I do not use plastic in my packaging materials, but as a small business that embraces recycling and sustainable living, I reuse all types of packaging materials instead of throwing them away. Therefore, you might receive different packaging that may include plastic with your second purchase.

UK Delivery

All orders placed from the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 within 4 business days following the order.
I ensure all products are packed with extra care and securely, but if your item arrives damaged or broken, please email me at hello@denisceramics.com, and I will send a replacement right away. Please note that, as all products are handmade, the replacement may have slight variations from the previous one.

International Delivery

International shipping is handled through UPS, DHL, or Royal Mail. Please be aware that import taxes and customs fees may apply, and these costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return

You may return the product within 7 days for any reason, but I kindly ask that the item is returned in its original condition. Damaged goods will not be accepted. The cost of return delivery is the customer's responsibility, and please note that I can’t be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.

Important Note

Denis Ceramics cannot be held responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • Return fees for shipments returned because of incorrect or incomplete address details are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Packages that are lost or stolen, which include items that have been left unattended and may be at risk of being taken or misplaced.
